Who are the true Mufassireen?

The Mufassireen (those who interpret the Qur?aan) in truth are the Companions ? radiyallaahu ?anhum, and also the Scholars of Tafseer that came after them up to the forth century. Then whosoever came after this century and compiled a Tafseer of the Qur?aan ? then the majority of them were people of opinions; not proper Tafseers of the Qur?aan.
