Answer:
[The Shaykh replied]: We say: that this is not correct; rather the D?awah will indeed be strengthened whenever the individual binds himself to the Book of Allaah and the Sunnah His Messenger (صلى الله عليه وسلم), following the narrations of the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and his Rightly-Guided Successors. 2
And the virtuous Shaykh Muhammad bin Saaleh al-Uthaymeen rahimahullaah said:
?We say: ?Indeed this Nation (Ummah) will split into seventy three sects, all of them in the Hellfire except for one?? then we say that whosoever opposes that which the Prophet (صلى الله عليه وسلم) and his companions were upon, then he is included in these sects3??4
