An illustration of how Allaah replaces a people to aid His Religion
((The Arabs parted ways from the ?Ilm ash-Shar?ee (Legislative knowledge), so Allaah The Most High then placed it instead into the hands of the non-Arabs.))

So the Shaikh mentioned the verse:

((And if you turn away, then He will replace you with a people other than you. Then they will not be the like of you)) Soorah Muhammad: 38
