Reading the Qur'aan in the masjid over the microphone

Question:
Where we are (in our location) prior to the performance of the fajr prayer the noble qur'aan is recited, then different supplications are recited, then the adhaan is called.
Is this from the Sunnah or not. And what is the ruling concerning that.

Answer:
To continue constantly upon that which has been mentioned from reciting the Noble Qur'aan, then some supplications before the adhaan of the Fajr prayer is not from the Sunnah rather it is an innovation.
And success is with Allah, and may peace and prayers be upon the Prophet Muhammad and upon his family and his household.
