The ruling on giving some of the Meat of Adhha sacrifice as a Gift to a Disbeliever
Question:

Is it permissible for a person who performs the Adhha sacrifice to give a disbeliever some of the meat from his sacrifice?
Answer:

It is recommended regarding the Adhha sacrifice to divide its meat into three shares; a third for the person who performed the sacrifice, a third for his friends and a third for the poor people. It is permissible to give a disbeliever some of it due to his poverty or his being a relative or his being a neighbor or to attract his heart to Islaam.
