From the most beneficial of supplications
Ibn Al-Qayyim said: Shaikh ul-Islaam Ibn Taymiyyah (May Allaah render his soul pure) said:

Upon consideration to the most beneficial of supplications, (it turned out that) it was the request of help/aid upon His pleasure, then I saw (found) it in Al-Faatihah in:

((You (alone) we worship, and You (alone) we ask for help)) (Soorah Al-Faatihah: 5)
