The Menstruating Woman Who Becomes Purified Before Dawn – Should She Fast?

Question:
What is the ruling upon a woman who is on her menses and becomes purified before dawn, should she fast for that day?

Answer:
She should fast for that day and she should take a bath – even if it be after the appearance of dawn. Since delaying the bathing till after the appearance of dawn does not affect the fast.
