Is it Allowed for a Muslim to have a Blood Transfusion from a Disbeliever?
Question:

What is the ruling on people donating blood for others, and what is the ruling if a non-Muslim donates his blood to the Muslims?
Answer:

Blood donated to the Muslims is allowed, whether the donor was a Muslim or a disbeliever - whether from the People of the Book, or an idol-worshipper - as long as no harm will result in the recipient and he is in need of it.
