Is the iqaamah done aloud or quietly for the one who prays alone?
Question:

Is the iqaamah for the prayer (done) loudly or silently when a person prays alone?
Answer:

That which is legislated regarding the iqaamah is that it be done out aloud. So whoever calls the iqaamah for the prayer should do it out aloud, regardless of whether he is alone or not alone.

And with Allaah is the tawfeeq. And may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
