Does someone who was unconscious have to make up the prayers for that time?

Question:
If a person is unconscious for a period of a month and he did not pray during this time, and he regains consciousness after this, then how does he repeat the prayers missed?

Answer:
He does not make up those prayers which he missed during this time, because he is under the ruling of the insane person and the situation is as was mentioned and the pen is raised from the insane one.
And with Allaah is the tawfeeq. And may peace and blessings be upon our Prophet Muhammad and his family and his Companions.
